Family tickets covers all children of a family
3. Is baby sitting provided? And, is there any cost associated?
Yes, babysitting can be purchased at the doors, also it is included as part of family ticket.

5. Where is the parking? Is there any parking fee?
About 5000 parking spaces are available at the convention center FREE of cost for attendees!
6. How can I purchase the tickets?
Easy / best way is to purchase convention tickets online (pay via paypal – paypal account NOT required);

The registration page also carries Ticket Contact who can get you the hard tickets as well.

7. Do I need Paypal account to pay?
You can pay without having a paypal account.
8. How can I pay?
You can pay with any credit card acceptable with paypal (Visa / Mastercard / Discover / AMEX)
9. Are there any hotels nearby to stay overnight?
Yes, please check Carry The Light – Hotel Arrangements page (only a suggestion – please explore better options)!
10. How can I book a booth/stall at the convention?

Book the booth/stall using the booth registration and payment form.

11. Can I volunteer for Carry The Light Convention?
Yes, for sure. To sign-up, please use this Volunteer Registration form.
12. I have problems with booking the tickets online (OR) Why can I not go to paypal for payments?
This could be the browser issue; Please REFRESH, or try using a latest browser edition (viz. Firefox 18+, IE9+, Google-Chrome)
13. Why do I get message – “Incorrect code” on registrations/booking page?
CAPTCHA code was not entered correctly; Refresh the page, and reenter the right code shown in the image.
14. How does the ONLINE REGISTRATION process work?
ONLINE REGISTRATION is a 3-STEP process that takes you through below steps (from “Buy CTL Tickets” / Registration page),

  1. SUBMIT (Your information) -> NEXT PAGE
  2. CONFIRM (Options to Go Back to correct / Add Attendee names / confirm) -> NEXT PAGE
  3. PAY NOW (Will redirect to paypal web page for PAYMENTS)

* At the end of payment – you can print the final page as a copy / reference of your payment record.
